U.S. Representative Mike Kelly has announced the winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition. The winners were announced during a ceremony held at the Hope Center for Arts & Technology.
This competition runs annually and invites high school students throughout the nation to submit their work. This artwork if chosen goes on to be displayed in the United States Capitol.
