MONCLOVA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WTVG) – An 85-year-old wheelchair user is recovering more than a week after he says he was attacked by a dog while out near his home in the Monclova area.
The man, who asked to remain anonymous, says he wants the dog’s owner found and held accountable. Bruising and bite marks are still visible on the man.
