‘Senseless’: Man who shot disabled veteran on Seattle Waterfront sentenced to prison

SEATTLE — The man who shot a wheelchair-bound veteran in the chest on Seattle’s waterfront last summer was sentenced Friday to three and a half years in prison.

King County Superior Court Judge Karen Donohue told 33-year-old Gregory Timm the shooting was a “completely senseless act.”
