PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Five teenagers are facing charges after officials say they fled from troopers in a stolen vehicle early Saturday morning.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers said they spotted the stolen Honda SUV on US-19 in Clearwater. The car was reported stolen out of Hillsborough County one day prior.
