BROOK PARK, Ohio – A couple told police April 5 about a reckless driver they encountered on Ohio 237 northbound near Eastland Road at about 1 p.m. that day.
The couple said the driver, later identified as a 63-year-old man, passed them and cut in front of them. The male victim sounded his horn.
