Euclid Public Library shuttered its temporary East 185th Street branch earlier this month and will not have any physical services available for patrons until they return to their 631 E. 222nd St. location, which has been closed for renovations.
Courtney Barnes, the marketing and communications manager for the library, said they will have a grand reopening on June 6 when they will again offer all of the services that people remember and a few new ones.
“It’s been fun and we’ve loved having people there,” Barnes said of the temporary library. “But we are just so excited to get back to our home on 222nd Street where we are used to being in our building and all together as we were quite separated during the move.”
The grand reopening will feature magic shows, Ohio Wildlife by The Chagrin Nature Center, free food and beverages, funnel cake trucks, and over 10 other activities such as teen crafts, adult crafts, silent discos, game trucks and Twister…
