This spring, Asheville Salt Cave will host two installments of Golden Hour Yoga + Salt Cave as well as a Full Moon Sound Journey.
During the Full Moon Sound Journey on Saturday, May 2, at 6 p.m., Latoya Salter will guide participants through meditation, intention-setting and sound healing. “In a time where things are changing rapidly and people are moving so quickly and carrying so much, gatherings like these offer a chance to pause, reset and come back to themselves,” says Salter. “My work with sound has grown in a really beautiful and organic way, rooted in my own experiences of needing spaces that felt both grounding and restorative. Being able to offer that to others now feels deeply meaningful.”
Salter says the salt cave itself plays a central role in shaping the experience. “Between the gentle acoustics and the naturally calming and grounding atmosphere, it allows participants to drop into a deeper state of relaxation more easily,” she says. “There’s also a beautiful synergy between the benefits of the salt cave and sound healing—both support the nervous system in slowing down and restoring balance. Together, they create an experience that feels intentional, immersive and deeply nourishing.”…
