Dry conditions return Sunday and Monday with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will still be warm reaching the upper 70s and lower 80s.
Rain is set to return again Tuesday and Wednesday ahead of a cold front. Scattered showers with a few storms are possible both days. This expected rain should help the drought conditions, but will not be enough to erase it.
By the end of the work week, the rain will move out with cooler temperatures. As we start the month of May, temperatures should be below normal. There is a chance for some more rain to return by next weekend…
