PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A joint recovery operation between two local law enforcement agencies ended Sunday with the discovery of human remains in the waters near a major Pinellas County artery.
Deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office converged on the area where Interstate 275 meets 4th Street North to retrieve the body from the local waterway.
