WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – After several days with temps deep in the 80s, 60s and 70s are favored through midweek as chillier north breezes kick in Sunday afternoon and night. Also through this time: expect brisk morning lows of upper 40s and lower 50s.
We’ll take the rain! Scattered showers and periods of steadier rain have been crossing the Cape Fear between late Saturday and early Sunday; tallies were variable but all beneficial. The chance for additional showers will carry through mid afternoon.
