DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines agencies are investigating after an early Sunday morning apartment fire in downtown critically injured a man.
Shortly after 3 a.m., DMPD said officers and firefighters responded to an alarm for a fire on the 10th floor at Elsie Mason Manor, 430 Grand Ave.
