Until Seymour won the WIAA Division 2 state championship in 2025, the Green Bay area had not crowned a boys golf state team champion since 2011 when Notre Dame (Green Bay) took home the Division 2 state title.
Now it continues to look as if Titletown might have at least two chances this spring to strike WIAA state boys golf gold.
De Pere maintained the top spot in the Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin Division 1 state rankings while Seymour pulled away from Winneconne at the top in Division 2 in the Week 2 coaches poll. Prentice and Kohler flip-flopped atop the Division 3 poll with the Buccaneers moving into the top spot based on results of tournaments that were played between April 14 and 20.
