BAY VIEW, Wis. (CBS 58) — Saturday night, April 25, cars and people gathered on the corner of Kinnickinnic and Lincoln Ave.
A video from witness Taylor Minan shows two cars driving in circles at high-speeds, leaving marks on the pavement with people watching from the sides.
Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic responded to the takeover, stating that the gathering lasted 30 minutes.
