STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A car crash on the Brooklyn-bound side of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge sent two people to the hospital and snarled traffic early in the Monday morning rush hour.
The FDNY received a call of a car crash on the upper level of the bridge at around 6:15 a.m., according to a department spokesperson.
