LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A multi-car crash has throttled traffic on Pennsylvania Route 283 eastbound near Norfolk Southern Road in East Hempfield Township, according to 511PA.
Online records show the crash happened around 5:52 a.m. between the Landisville and East Petersburg exits. All eastbound lanes have been closed, 511PA announced.
