MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Level 3 out of 5 threat has been upgraded for several cities in the Mid-South, including Memphis.
Other cities including Jonesboro, Marked Tree, Wynne, Forrest City and West Helena in Arkansas, Tunica, Hernando and Olive Branch in Mississippi and Memphis, Oakland, Covington, Ripley and Dyersburg in Tennessee. Some of the threats include damaging winds and possible tornadoes.
