KEW GARDENS, Queens (PIX11) — Guy Rivera is back in court Monday for what is expected to be his sentencing, a major milestone following a trial that kept the city on edge.
Rivera faces a maximum sentence of 90 years to life in prison after being convicted on April 1 of aggravated manslaughter in the first degree, attempted murder in the first degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
