JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. — Thousands of customers in James City County and the Williamsburg area who lost power Monday morning have now had service restored, according to Dominion Energy.
Around 6:30 a.m., about 5,000 customers were impacted by the outage. Dominion Energy crews were able to reroute power early on, restoring service to roughly 1,000 customers while continuing work in the area.
