Minuteman Press of Glenside is seeking candidates for a position with our company as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be responsible for interacting with our customers both on the phone and in person at our shop.
You will be responsible for entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you in how to use. Duties will also include, but are not limited to, customer correspondence throughout the order process, assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations, filing, vendor relations, social media, etc.
