JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A monumental celebration was held on Sunday to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Wells United Methodist Church in Jackson.
The church was established in 1926. Family members and friends gathered for Sunday’s celebration, reflecting on the memories and generations of grace.
“I was married here at the church, 29 years ago, so that’s a pretty big one. And, just the people I’ve fallen in love with. The people, they are my family, my extended family. So, that’s the thing that I always look forward to.
