MASSILLON, Ohio (WJW) – After more than 30 years apart, a brother and sister have been reunited in an unexpected place — just a few doors down from each other at a Massillon nursing facility.
Becky Gibson, 82, moved into Rose Lane Nursing and Rehabilitation in November 2024 after retiring as a registered nurse. In January, her brother, 75-year-old Army veteran Ralph Slawter, moved into the same facility after spending decades living in Florida.
