BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two men charged with murder in a shooting in northeast Bakersfield were in court Monday, where a hearing to decide whether the case will proceed to trial was postponed to to mid-May.
Jaden Ambriz, 21, and Justin Flores-Hernandez, 24, are due back in court May 13. Their attorneys said more time was needed to review discovery received over the past few days.
