Illinois man indicted on grand theft charge tied to unpaid Ohio Turnpike tolls

WILLIAMS COUNTY, Ohio — A Williams County grand jury has indicted a man accused of stealing nearly $22,000 in unpaid tolls from the Ohio Turnpike over the course of two years.

According to court documents filed in the Williams County Common Pleas Court, Moath Musamih, 39, of Orland Park, Illinois, is charged with one count of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, with an additional specification tied to the alleged offense.
