BEACHWOOD, Ohio — A dramatic spike in utility costs and deteriorating living conditions have pushed multiple residents of an apartment complex in Beachwood to seek help from local leaders.
During a city council meeting on April 20, tenants from The Vantage (run by GoldOller Management Services) told officials about their issues with management and how their standard of living has become unsustainable.
