COLUMBIA CITY – A Columbia City woman was arrested on child neglect charges.
Liberty J. Slusher, 23, 908 E. Jefferson St., Columbia City, is charged with two counts of neglect of a dependent, both level 6 felonies.
On April 13, officers with the Whitley County Sheriff’s Office and Columbia City Police Department conducted a welfare check at a Columbia City residence.
