Rochester, N.Y. — A man faces charges following a shooting Sunday in the Beechwood neighborhood.
Police said Malikai Solomon, 19, struck a 21-year-old man with a hammer and then shot him at least once during an argument among neighbors that turned into a fight around 12:30 p.m. on Rosewood Terrace.
