EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man was arrested after allegedly attempting to strike an officer with a vehicle while fleeing, according to the El Paso Police Department.
On Friday, April 17, El Paso officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop at the 300 block of West San Antonio Avenue in Downtown El Paso.
Police have identified the driver of the vehicle as 31-year-old Jacob Wayne Williams.
