GREEN BAY (WLUK) — While most federal housing grants that would have gone to Newcap have been transferred to other agencies, one more grant affecting 17 families is still not confirmed to have been renewed.
Carrie Poser, executive director for Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care, says the agency has contacted the federal department of Housing and Urban Development, asking about the status of the grant that ended March 31.
The 17 households affected are in Forest, Florence, Langlade, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas counties…
