AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The suspect accused of firing 42 shots at an Amarillo home after being kicked out of a party was indicted on a federal weapons charge.
A federal grand jury indicted Azaiah Zuniga-Valle, 20, one one count of unlawful possession of a machinegun.
According to court records obtained by ABC 7 News, the AR-15 style rile Zuniga-Valle used was “equipped with a machinegun conversion device.”…
