All of a sudden, there’s just one week left in the college softball regular season before the postseason starts with the SEC Softball Tournament next week in Lexington, Kentucky. The SEC has proven all season to be the deepest conference in the country and the postseason will put that on display.
Here’s the SEC pecking order before everyone gets to prove themselves in Lexington.
The Sooners have taken full control of the SEC and all of college softball heading into the last week of the regular season. OU just swept Georgia in a top-15 series and will conclude its regular season with a trip to Texas A&M for the Sooners’ fourth series in a row against a top-15 team.
