Man killed in shooting at Tacoma encampment identified, ME’s office reports

A man who died after a shooting in Tacoma last week has been identified, according to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Khiree Shakur Johnson-Scott, 32, died from a gunshot wound of the chest on April 23. His manner of death was ruled a homicide, the office wrote in its public information portal.
