CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A long-vacant commercial site in a Cincinnati neighborhood could soon be transformed into a major affordable housing development.
Plans have been proposed for a transformation of the former Western Sports Mall property, where buildings have sat unused since a fire nearly four years ago. The former commercial site was put on the market for sale in the fall of 2023.
