Central Virginia water supply holding up despite drought conditions, RWSA says

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Drought conditions in Central Virginia are not letting up, but the water supply for many in the area seems to be holding up.

Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority gave an update on how the conditions are impacting its reservoir levels, comparing them to a severe 2002 drought.

The reservoir is at nearly 95% of its 2.6 billion gallon capacity…
