OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. — Storms moving through the Tennessee Valley Tuesday night knocked down several large trees in Owens Cross Roads, temporarily blocking part of Old Big Cove Road.
The City of Owens Cross Roads Fire and Rescue said three large trees fell across the roadway during the overnight storms.
“Had a little storm damage last night 3 large trees went down blocking Old Big Cove Rd. We cut up the trees removed them and cleaned off the road…” the department said in a statement…
