Authorities identified the teenager who died in a solo-vehicle crash off Highway 101 near Ventura on April 26.
Anoush Apfelthaler, 18, was from Thousand Oaks, according to the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office. He died of blunt force head, neck and thoracic injuries and his death was ruled an accident.
Apfelthaler was driving a Tesla on the 101 south of Seacliff around 9 a.m. when he apparently let the car drift, hitting a metal guardrail and going over the side of the highway, California Highway Patrol officials previously said…
