LAFAYETTE, La (KLFY)– A lawsuit challenging the Lafayette Parish School System’s decision to close Ovey Comeaux High School will proceed to a full hearing on Wednesday.
This follows a preliminary injunction issued by Judge Garrett on Apr. 13, which was upheld when the Third Circuit Court denied an appeal from the Lafayette Parish School System on Apr. 27.
