TULSA, Okla. – A research institute has expanded a program to help homeowners prevent wildfire damage by offering mitigation steps proven to work.
The Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety now offers the “Wildfire Prepared” certification to Oklahoma homeowners, which can qualify a home for insurance discounts, but anyone can take the steps that will help protect property.
