A downtown Columbia residential development reached a key construction milestone this month as crews marked the completion of its structural framework.
Montgomery Construction Group, LLC held a “topping-off” ceremony April 22 for Palmetto Place Apartments, a mixed-use project under construction at 604 Huger St. The event recognized the placement of the building’s final structural truss, a traditional marker of progress in large-scale construction projects.
