LSR7 Archery – April 2026
Several Lee’s Summit R-7 school district archery teams have earned a spot at the National Archery in the Schools Program Eastern National Tournament, set for May 7-9 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
The qualifying run began at the Missouri State Championship in Branson this past March, where LSR7 students competed in both NASP Bullseye and 3D Range events. Their performance there, the product of months of focused practice and strong coaching throughout the district, allowed athletes to punch their tickets to Louisville for teams from six local schools.
The following LSR7 schools qualified in both Bullseye and 3D Range competition:
- Bernard Campbell Middle School
- East Trails Middle School
- Pleasant Lea Middle School
- Lee’s Summit High School
- Lee’s Summit North High School
- Lee’s Summit West High School
To qualify for the Eastern Nationals, high school teams needed a score of 3,100 or better, middle school teams 3,000 or better, and elementary teams 2,500 or better.
