WORCESTER — On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Worcester police officers observed two males walking on Houghton Street, including one who appeared to be clutching his waistband.
According to the Worcester Police Department, the two kept looking back at the officer’s cruiser as they walked down the street. Police later located them behind a shed with a third male, and all three began to run.
Police then caught up with Javiel Delgado, 18, of Worcester, who threw a backpack he was carrying over a fence and into a yard where a woman and child were playing…
