AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Demolition began today on the historic Hilltop Apartments in the North Heights area.
A Dallas-based investment group, JK Properties, has purchased the property and plans to tear down the old apartment buildings and replace them with a new, modern “55 and up” affordable multifamily community.
