JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The owner of an abandoned South Jackson apartment complex will have to pay JXN Water, but it’s unclear exactly how much it will have to fork over.
On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate ruled that Blossom Apartments LLC was liable to JXN Water for unpaid water bills.
It was one of several decisions Wingate handed down in relation to an ongoing dispute between the utility and Blossom. He also issued an injunction blocking three lower courts from taking action on cases related to the apartment complex…
