A man accused of shooting and killing an 11-year-old boy who was playing ding-dong ditch in a southeast Houston neighborhood last year has been indicted on a capital murder charge.
A Harris County grand jury handed up a new indictment against Gonzalo Leon Jr. on Wednesday, according to Harris County court records.
