MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Dane County case tied to the attempted break-in at Ridglan Farms will move forward after a court commissioner found probable cause Wednesday, following testimony and video evidence presented in a packed courtroom.
Wayne Hsiung — described in court as one of the organizers of the incident — is charged with burglary to a building or dwelling as party to a crime in connection to the March 15 break-in at the Blue Mounds facility.
During a preliminary hearing, Court Commissioner Brian Asmus ruled there was enough evidence to bind the case over for trial.
