BUFFALO, N.Y. — After more than four decades in uniform, retired Buffalo Police Officer Juan Phillips is looking back on a career he calls “a perfect fit.”
Phillips, who joined the Buffalo Police Department in 1983, says his path into law enforcement began with a simple conversation.
