TOLEDO, Ohio (WKRC) – An Ohio man who allegedly stole a winning lottery ticket had the prize money seized by the state to pay for back child support.
According to WTVG, 38-year-old Blake Reynolds was taken into custody after he allegedly stole a winning Ohio Lottery digital ticket.
Per the report, Reynolds was accused of stealing a digital copy of a winning Ohio Lottery ticket valued at $5,000. He allegedly walked into a lottery office to try to cash the ticket around September 21, 2025…
