The real estate company Real Capital Solutions announced last week that it has purchased 30 Montgomery St., a 16-story office building in Exchange Place. The acquisition of the 368,049-square-foot space was completed in partnership with Lamar Companies and marks Real Capital Solutions’ entry into the Jersey City office market, according to a press release.
