CHICAGO — WGN Investigates has obtained police reports that show alleged cop killer Alphanso Talley is accused of pistol whipping a victim three times during a robbery Saturday at a Family Dollar at in the 3200 block of West Lawrence.
Police quickly tracked him down using a GPS tracker in the stolen goods. Police reports say Talley gave officers a bogus name and identification.
