‘People want to see a difference’: City councilman outlines Jackson’s plans to address blight

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Blight relief could be on the way for residents across the capital city.

In the next two weeks, contractors will begin cutting grass along Jackson’s major rights-of-way.
