SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Student council members and teachers gathered Wednesday afternoon to see a time capsule from 1999 break open.
“Just tidbits about students and staff here at the time. And things that they wanted to remember,” said Lisa Peterson, who has been a teacher at PHMS for 29 years.
